Anežka studied acting at the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts (DAMU) in Prague and at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin.

Theatre She began her career in theatre projects between Prague and Berlin. In years 2012-2014 collaborated with the Gostner Hoftheater Nuremberg. where the projects Gegen die Wand, Love net and Scherbenpark were created. Her monodrama Scherbenpark was invited to the 100 Grad Berlin Theatre Festival.

From 2016 to 2020, she was an ensemble member at the City Theatre Kladno, where she created many leading roles as f.e. “Beatrice” in Shakespeare ‘ s “Much Ado About Nothing” or “Štěpka” in Czech drama Petrolejové lampy. Since 2021, she has been performing regularly at Prague’s Studio DVA Theatre in leading role “Eva” in comedy “Tři grácie z umakartu” a.o. In 2024, she made her debut at the legendary Činoherní klub with “Significant Other”. Theatre remains the fundamental part of her artistic identity and she continuously shifts between traditional theatre and the independent scene.

Film and TV After several episodic roles in Czech television series, she gained wider recognition through the TV shows “Atentát”, Vinaři 2”, “Ohnivý kuře” and above all the now-legendary series “Ulice”, where she appeared as “Vendula” for nearly ten years. In 2021, she worked with director Tomáš Vorel on the film Cesta domů and also appeared in Petr Slavík’s award-winning feature Tancuj, Matyldo!

Her language skills have led her to German and international film productions giving her the opportunity to appear in projects such as “Walpurgisnacht”, “Das Boot”, “Haunted” or “Last Light”. In 2023, she portrayed Mrs. Král in an American film directed by Finn Taylor “Avenue of the Giants”. In 2025, she worked on the german-austrian-czech miniseries Sternstunde der Mörder not only as an actress, but also and primarily as a language coach. In that same year she was cast in the supporting role “Margit Neumann” in the German historical drama “Block 10”, directed by Marcus O. Rosenmüller, which is set to be released in 2026.

Anežka is also a highly skilled dancer, fluent in Czech, German, English, and French.

Lives in Prague and her second home is Berlin.
